Happy New Year!

Well, the new year came without much fanfare in the Byrd household. Jimmy and I both worked, but we were still able to watch the ball drop in NYC and share some cheesecake and sparkling cider.

A few minutes later I went to bed....

Jimmy had that Monday off since New Year's Day was on a Sunday, and we had a good time watching the movie "The Help" and having dinner with friends. 

We're looking forward to all that 2012 will bring!
