Daniel's Birthday

We traveled to So Bo to hang out with D on his birthday this year, and it was great fun!

I let the boys take their afternoon naps in the van on the way up there, so we arrived with plenty of time to play and visit before dinner.

Mom has collected many toys for her grandsons, and they love them all. What a treat to play with new and interesting toys at Granana and Gammar's house!

Charlie randomly stopped to say his own blessing. He said something like "Mommy, Daddy, Henry, Amen." When Jimmy says our dinner blessing he usually thanks God for Charlie and Henry, so I think he was trying to repeat something similar! Ha!

As we began singing, Charlie was about to explode with impatience to have cake- he had been waiting all day! We were trying to sing but cracking up at the same time!

Playing with Granana after dinner. You may be able to see that the boys are both in their Braves windpants- this was the first time ever that I purposefully tried to dress them alike! 

The boys had their baths a while after dinner, we put them in jammies, and we headed back around the boys'  bed time. It was so nice to celebrate Dan and have such a leisurely visit with family!
