Trip to the Airport
Today, Rebecca came up with the idea of meeting up at the Airport Observation Deck after work. We wanted to show Charlie the planes!
They have a BIG sandbox!
Toes in the sand...This is the FIRST time that Charlie has played in the sand. Yep, EVER.
He likes it!

He's loving it. He's got sand all over him at this point. We hope this means he'll like the sand at the beach.

We had a great time at the airport. It felt like a mini-vacation, which is a dose of good medicine for us right now. Good times.

gotta share this cool tip for the sand: if you put baby powder on their hands before the play in the sand, it won't stick to them! a must for keeping a little travel-size in the car and/or beach bag!
